A minimum rate tor water charged all oonswners on meters shall be ONE DOLLAR AND 80/iOO ($1.80), per month regardless ot the amount ot water used. A. discount ot ten (l~) percent will be allowed on all bills for -~~r paid within ten (10) dqs from the date same are rendered. Due to existing drouth condi tiona which are destro.ying lawns and other plant lite, which directl1' contributes to excessive sand and dust which constitutes a nuisance where residences are situated, creating the need for use of an adequate economical water supply to revive and perpetuat~ plant life including lawns, trees and shrubber.y, in au effort to abate such nuisance in the public interest, the rtsidential irrigation rate (RI~), shall apply to all premises used exclusivelJ for Neidential plll'Poaee and wh~ee and ~~~taiaecl or cultivated, troa~~ ~j;~f ~ .. • y c J The Oit7 Commission reserves the right to change, modif7 or reolassif'7 all rates.
