DATE 11-13-46
Attached is a proposed change in the electric code
which provides for t.x complete wiring of a business
or residence ready for the service connection. This
change will make for much neater and more s•te installa-
tion. As the meteri~g is now done it is possible to
easily wire around our meters and this practice is
done very often. The method ,of connection proposed
eliminates this practice and since construction is
now in progress on which meters should be installed
properly we think this should be ~onsidered as an
emergency and passed as soon as possible.
