E. maisen has made his affidavit concerning ownership of prac- tically all uninhabited property Within the following described area, and has by such affidavit requested the mayor and City Commission to take all of the uninhabited lands within the area hereinafter described within the corporate limits of the City of Lubbock, and, WHEREA,, said territory adjoins the existing City Limits of the City of Lub- bock and does not exceed in Width one-half mile, THEREFORE, BE IT OPWAINED BY THE CITY 0014ML5SION CIF' THE CITY OF -LUBBOCK., TEW.' The existing and present City Limits of the City of Lubbock is hereby extend- ed so as to annex and include within the corporate limits of the City of Lubbock, the following described territory: Being the South one-half (S 1/q?. of the Northwest Quarter (Nff 1/4) of Survey Thirteen (13), Block RB" - Lubbock Coun- ty, Texas, Certificate 11160; and described by metes and bounds as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Survey 13, Block "H", Thence South 1320 feet to a point in the West boundary line of said section, the Northwest corner of this tract for a point of beginning; Thence South 1320 feet; Thence East 2640 feet; Thence North 1320 feet; Thence nest 2640 feet to the point of beginning. That there are now located upon thisnon-awned portion, three sets of improvements, one occupied by Dub Green whose address is 2206 Monroe, another one by C. C. That there is one set of improvements located on the Northwest corner of this addition and whigh is owned by the Affiant.
