AN ORDINAOOE AMENDING ORDINA.NJE NO. 661 BY TAKING LOTS 12 AND 13, CAVER SUB-
DIVISION OF BLOJK B, ROBERTS AND McWHORTER ADDITION OUT OF A 11C11 DISTRICT AND
'PLACING THEM IN AN "H" DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission has recommended to the City Commission that the
lots described in the caption of this ordinance be placed in an 11H11 District and
upon consideration of such recommendation and in compliance with Section 25 of
Ordinance No. 661, the City Commission caused due and legal notices of such recom-
mendation to be given, and,
WHEREAS, such notices were published on September 21, September 28, and October
6, 1945, and the public hearing, according to the notices, was held at 2:30 o 1cloc
P.M., October 11, 1945, in the City Commission Room on the second floor of the Cit
Hall in Lubbock, at which time interested persons appeared in support of the recom
mendation and after said hearing, it was by the City Commission determined that it
would be to the best public interest that the Zoning Ordinance be amended in sub-
stantial compliance with the recommendation of the Zoning Commission.
NOh' THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUB BOOK:
That Ordinance No. 661 is hereby amended as f9llows, to-wit:
~ · Section 1. Lots 12 and 13, Caver Subdivision of Block 8, Roberts and McWhor.ter

Addition to the City of Lubbock, Texas, are hereby taken out of and changed from a "0" District and placed in an •wr District.
And from and after the passage and effective date of th~s ordinance said lots
are and shall be a part of and constitute an 11 HI1 District,
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
