Commissioner Price moved that the ordinance pass first reading, seconded by Conmissioner Fortenberry, and carried by the following vote: YEAS: Jones, Price, Fortenberry, Slaton. NAYS: None. Carried: Ordinance passed on first reading. Commissioner Price moved that the rule be suspended and that the ordinance be placed on second reading; seconded by Commissioner :E'ortenberry, and carried by the following vote: yw~: Jones, Price, Fortenberry, Slaton.
