Dear Sir~
A-committee of ladies representing certain clubs o~
the city appeared before the Commission recently ad-
vocating an ordinance prohibiting the promiscuous dis-
tribution of circulars abDnt the town, and the Mayor ·
advised, I believe, that the matter would be taken un-
der advisement.
As City Attorney, I have been studying the matter quite
a bit, and have prepared the enclosed form of ordinance
for consideration by the City Commission.
I am sending carbon copy to the Mayor, each o~ the four
Commissioners, City Heelt~ Officer, and City Fire Mar-
shal.
