Rodgers C1 ty Mana gar Lubbock, Texas Dear Sir~ A-committee of ladies representing certain clubs o~ the city appeared before the Commission recently ad- vocating an ordinance prohibiting the promiscuous dis- tribution of circulars abDnt the town, and the Mayor · advised, I believe, that the matter would be taken un- der advisement. As City Attorney, I have been studying the matter quite a bit, and have prepared the enclosed form of ordinance for consideration by the City Commission. I am sending carbon copy to the Mayor, each o~ the four Commissioners, City Heelt~ Officer, and City Fire Mar- shal.
