BE IT ORDAINED DY THE CITY COl4MISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXASl
That Sections 1 and 3 of Livestock Ordinance No. 467 of the City o! Lubbock,
Texas, be and the same are hereby amended so as to read as follows:
SECTION 11 That it is hereb,y declared from and after the final passage of this
act to be a nuisance and unlawful for a:ny person or persons, firm or corporation to
k e ep mora than one cow, or more than one head ot cattle, sheep or goats, or mare
than two honses, or more than two @ules, or more than one horse and one mule, in or
on the same premises inclosure, pens, or barns, or lot or continguous lots, within
the zone herein defined within the city limits of the City of Lubbock, Texas."
11SECT10rl 3: That from am after the final passage of this ordinance no person
or persons, firm or corporation shall keep more than one. cow, or more than one head
of c ~ttle, sheep or goats, or more than two horaes, or more than two mules, or more
than one horse and one mule, 1n or on the same premises, inclosure, pens or baras
or lot or contiuuous lots or keep aQy public horse or mule barn, within the zone
heroin de~ined within the City Limits ot the City ot Lubbock, Texas."
Passed, adopted a.nd approved first reading this 13th day o! April, 1933.
Passed, adopted and approved second reading this 27th day of April, 1933.
