RESOLUTION
BE TT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute
for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, the Release of Lien, on behalf of the City of Lubbock
for that certain property described as Vintage Township Lot 235, Lubbock, TX and related
documents. Said Release is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set
forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council.

RELEASE OF LIEN

This RELEASE OF LIEN is made as 26 day of Sep• 20 23 by thc CITY OF LUBBOCK,
TEXAS (the "City") in reference to the VDVTAGE TOWNSHIP PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT (the "District"), created pursuant to Chapter 372, Texas Local Government Code, as
amended, (the "PID Act").
Reference is made to that certain Service and Assessment Plan (the "Service and
Assessment Plan") related to thc Vintage Township Public Improvement District, which has been
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City with the adoption of Ordinance No. 2007-
00058, as amended by Ordinance No. 2008-00005 on February 14, 2008 (the "Assessment
Ordinance"), and pursuant to which an assessment (the "Assessment") was levied and approved
on property within the boundaries of the District. The Assessment related to the property described
in Cxhibit A hereto (the "Released Real Estate") has been prepaid in full and the City now desires
to release the Assessment lien rclated to the Reieased Real Estate.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration; the receipt and sufficicncy of
which is hercby acknowledged, the City hereby acknowlcdges that the Assessment has bcen paid
in full with respect to the Released Real Estate and the Assessment lien with respect to the Released
Real Estate is h$reby released and discharged for ali purposes from the Assessment lien placed on
the Reieased Real Estate.
IN W[TNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this Release of Lien to be executed on the
date of acknowledgment set forth below, but effective AS OF THIS 26th DAY OF
September 2Q 23
