HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2023-R0398 - Dedication Deed, Tract “A-1”, Animal Shelter Addition - 08/22/2023Resolution 2023-R0398 Item No. 6.14 August 22, 2023 RESOLUTYON BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to accept for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Dedication Deed in connection with certain real property located in Tract "A-1", a replat of Tract "A", Animal Shelter Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, to be utilized for street, curb, gutter, drainage right-of- way, public utilities and other public purposes, and all related documents. Said Dedication Deed is attached hereto and incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the Council.
