Between Blocks Five and Six of the McCrummen's Second Addition to
the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas.
I ? Be it Ordained by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Lubbock, Texa s, that the alley lying between block 5 and block 6,
of the McCrummen I s Second Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock ·
County, Texas, as shown by the map of this Addition recorded with the
dedication deed of this Addition in Volume 26, page 60, of the Deed
Records of Lubbock County, Texas, be hereby condemned and closed and
the e 8 sement granted the public therein be released to the adjoining
property holders,
