ING, EXCEPT AT THE STOP COCK, TO WHICH THE TUBING IS CONNECTED; :PROVIDING PENALTY; AND DECLARING AN EMi!1RGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK. SECTION l: That that part of Gas Ordinance No. 360 reading: "All gas using _appliances shall be o onneoted up sol- id" be• and same is hereby r6I)llaled. :llliat the use of rubber or metal tubing is pi;rmitted 1 provided; no out off is used between the appliance and tubing, except at the s:top cook, to which the tubing is connected4 SECTION 2: The violation of any pa.rt of this ordin~nce aha~l be pUJJishable by fine not exaeeding $200.00.
