City Oomudsa1on of said City and found to be in aooordanoe with the
apeo1f1oat1ons adopted by said Oity. and to be well worth the aum
of $24,600.00, the amount provided in said estimate, and aa14 Oity
Commission has aooepted said machinery for and 1n behalf of said
City o'f Lubbook, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, said estimate has been dul7 audited b.J said
City Commission and found to be oorreot; and-.
WHEREAS, said City Commission has been fully satisfied
that there are no olaims outstanding against said Oontraotor for
material and labor in oonneotlon with the maob1nery furnisbed in
aooordanoe with said oontraot:

exoept Warrant Bo. 1 is for $600.00., dated Ootober 20th, 1924, and
bearing interest at the rate of sb: per oentum ( 6~) per a.nnmn,
authorised t .o be issued by Ordinance Bo. 26'1 of this C1 ty Commis-
sion. adopted on the l'th day of Ootober. 1924, and reoorded in

The faot that the maohinery has been delivered and
payment is due the Contraotor, creates an emergency and an impera-

read at more than one meeting of the Oit,y Commission be suspended,
