the places where the movement of such vehicles n re reBtrioted,
~Tiding the manne r of restri c tions, fixing penalties -for Tiolating
of any par~·hPreo~, repealing all Ordinances in conflict herewith and
declaring an emergency account of the d a nger f'rom present manner ot
traffic. ·
SECTION 1. No person shall driTe or o p era te any Tebicl e in thia
City so that at or in the intersecti ons ot any of the following
highways, such vehic l e shall describe a gre a ter turn than Ninety
(90) Degreee, and no person shall in turni ng at any of the hereafter
named intersections eo operate the Tehicle that it shall return the
street or avenue o~hieh it was proceeding prior to reaching such
intersection; Intersections of Ave I with main Street of Avenue I
w1 th BroadwaY't Intersection of Avenue 3 with Main Street, ot Ave r.ue
J with :Broadway-.
SECTION 2. Any person conTicted for viola tion of any portion of thie
Ordinance shall be punished by a f1ne of not less than ¥ive (J5.00)
mr mare than One Hundred ($100. 00) Dollars.
Section 3. All Ordinances and pa~ts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
are here by repeal ed.

block traffic and enda nger lives , crea te s an ~ergencyand necessity
that the rule of the cha rter requirin g Ordinances to be read at t wo
