Be it ordained by th~ City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas; Section 1. Section 2. Any person violatine Section 1 of this or- dinance shall be punishe:d. by fine of not less than ~10.00, nor more than $200.00. Section 3. All ordinances, and parts of orrl.inances, 1n conflict h.fr€wi th are repealed. Section 4.
