Be it ordained by the City Council (Commission) of the City of Lubbock. T;xas. Section 1. There is hereby called an election in this City to be held at ;,te Of fice of4?(,~ R.,~-in said City on the _;;l 0-... day of August 1923. at which the duly qualified voters may determine if Section 1. of Article 7. of the City Charter. adepted by vote. December 27. 1917. shall h reafter read as follows: "Sectionl.
