AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AND DIRECTING THE SALE OF THE "CITY OF LUBBOCK
SEWER BONDS" AND THE "CITY OF LUBBOCK WATER WORKS BONDS", TO HOEHLER AND CUKKINGS
OF TOLEDO, OHIO, AND ACCEPTING THEIR BID THEREFOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS:
That the bid of Hoehler & Cummings of Toledo, Ohio, for the City of Lubbock
Water Works Bonds, in the sum of $25,000.00 and the City of Lubbock Sewer Bonds,
in the sum of $55,000.00 at par less $3,250.00 paid said Hoehler & Cummings as
commission, be, and the same is hereby accepted and F.E. Wheelock, Mayor, is
hereby directed and authorized to deliver said Bonds to said purchasers or to
their order upon payment by them of the amount of said bid less said commission,
provided said payment is made on or before May 1st, 1911.
Passed and approved this the 20th day of March, 1911.
