AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE AND SHOOTING OF FIREWORKS IN THE CITY OF LUBBOCK,
TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
Article 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to shoot
fire, or discharge and fire crackers, sky rockets, Roman candles, or other noise
making fire works or fire arms, within two blocks of the Public Square of the City
of Lubbock.
Article 2. Anyone violating this Ordinance shall be quilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction shall be fined not less than two nor more than five dollars.
