BE IT ORDAI"FD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
Section 1: All sidewalks infront of lots facing on the
public square, in the City of Lubboek,Texes, End the side calks
in front of all'lot onCedar Street from its intersection

with the North line of South Second. Street to its inter-
section with the South line of North Second Street, and the
sidewalks in front of ill lots facing on Singer Street from
its intersection with the Nlorthline of South Second Street to
its intersection with the South line of North Second Street,
and the sidewlks on Chestnut Street from its intersection
with the North line of South %ec6nd Street to its intersec-
tion with the South line of Forth Second Street, and the
sidewalks infront of all lots facine� on South First Street
from its intersection with the Nest line of Pecan Street to
its intersection with the East line of Ash Street, and the
sidewalks in front of all lots facing on North First Street
from its intersection with the :Vest line of Pecan Street to
its intersection with the mast line of Ash Street shall be of
a uniform width of fourteen feet, and the curb or outer
edge of the sidewalks built infront of either of said lots
shall be set fourteen feet from the property line of said
lot facing on such street or public square.
Section 2:- All sidewalks now in front of any of said
lots shall be extended to said v6idth of fourteen feet and all
walks that may hereafter be built infront of either or all of
said lots facing on either and all of said streets and said
public square shall be built fourteen feet in width.
Section 3:- All sidewalks that may hereafter be built
in front of or to the side of any lots or lot in this city,
other than within the territory described in Section 1 of
this ordinance, shall be of a width not less than four feet,
and all curbs in front of such lot or lots shal- be set not
less than ten feet from the property line of such lot or
lots.
Section 4:- All sidewalks hereafter built in this city

shall be built upon and conform to the grade as established
andfurnished by the city engineer.
