BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: Article 1. That it shall be unlawful for any boy or boys less than 18 years of age to be upon any public street, alley, or in any store, or other place of business, or to loiter on the sidewalks and streets and about the doors of any theater or other place of amusement in the City of Lubbock, after 9 o'clock p.m. unless hdks business or duty requires him to be out from his home or residence at this hour. Providing this Ordinance shall not apply to boys returning home from church, theater, or other lawful place of amusement nor to any boy in company with his parents, or guardian, or sister. Article 2. That it shall be the duty of the City Marshal or pSlice- man of the City, to ring a church or other bell one time at 8:30 p.m. and any boy found in the City away from his home or residence or place of busi- ness after 9 o'clock p.m. in violation of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed five dollars.
