ORDINANCE NO. 1.
AN ORDINANCE ASSIGNING THE LON& AND SHORT TERMS.
Be It Ordained By The City Council of The City of Lubbock, Texas.
Article 1. G. A. Rush and 10. C. Overton and C. E. Parks are
hereby designated to hold the long terms of two years each and
that P. B. Penney and S. C. Spikes are hereby designated to hold
the short terms of one year each. The same having been determined b
by ballot.
Passed and approved this 12th day of April, A. D. 1909.
