RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to accept for and
on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Street Dedication Deed in connection with certain real
property located in Section 6, Block A, Lubbock County, Texas, to be utilized for unpaved
road improvements, and all related documents. Said Deed is attached hereto and incorporated
in this Resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the
Council.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK
THAT CRYSTAL RILEY, herein called "GRANTOR". for and in consideration of the
sum of TEN AND NO/100 ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration, to
him/her in hand paid by the CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS, a Home Rule Municipal
Corporation, does hereby dedicate to the public for public use forever and for street right-of-way
purposes, the following described tract of land situated in Lubbock County, Texas, as more
particularly described in the attached Exhibit "A".
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD this above described premises, together with all and singular
the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto the said public forever so long as
said premises are used for public street purposes.

A 0.072-acre tract of land in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6, Block A, Tyler Tap RR. Co. Survey, Abstract No. 1216, Lubbock
County, Texas, being a portion of that certain tract described in County Clerk File Number 2016009920 of the Official Public
Records of Lubbock County, Texas; said 0.072-acre tract being more particularly described as follows and as surveyed on -the -
ground under the supervision of Parkhill, Smith & Cooper Inc. on July 27, 2022:
BEGINNING at a 1/2-inch iron rod set in Erskine Avenue in the south line of said Section 6 and the south line of that certain
158.828-acre tract described in County Clerk File Number 2021034659 of said Official Public Records, for the southwest
corner of said tract described in County Clerk File Number 2016009920 and the southwest corner hereof, and from which a
WAG" nail found at the southwest corner of said Section 6 bears North 88 degrees 29 minutes 28 seconds West a distance of
3960.59 feet, said beginning point having coordinates of NORTHING: 7283283.59 and EASTING: 967562.86, Texas State
Plane Coordinate System, North Central Zone 4202, North American Datum of 1983;
(1) THENCE North 01 degrees 30 minutes 32 seconds East a distance of 20.17 feet crossing said 158.828-acre tract along
the west line of said tract described in County Clerk File Number 2016009920 to a 1/2-inch iron rod set for the northwest
corner hereof;
(2) THENCE South 88 degrees 28 minutes 56 seconds East a distance of 155.04 feet crossing said tract described in County
Clerk File Number 2016009920 and said 158.828-acre tract to a 1/2-inch iron rod found in the east line of said tract described
in County Clerk File Number 2016009920, for the northwest corner of that certain 0.414-acre tract surveyed this same day by
Parkhill, being a portion of said 158.828-acre tract and the northeast corner hereof;
(3) THENCE South 01 degrees 30 minutes 32 seconds West a distance of 20.15 feet crossing said 158.828-acre tract along
the east line of said tract described in County Clerk File Number 2016009920 and the west line of said 0.414-acre tract to a
bent 1/2-inch iron rod found in Erskine Avenue in the south line of said Section 6 and the south line of said 158.828-acre tract,
at the southeast corner of said tract described in County Clerk File Number 2016009920, for the southwest comer of said
0.414-acre tract and the southeast corner hereof, and from which a 1.5-inch iron pipe found at the southeast corner of said
Section 6 bears South 88 degrees 29 minutes 28 seconds East a distance of 1159.17 feet;
(4) THENCE North 88 degrees 29 minutes 28 seconds West a distance of 155.04 feet along the south line of said Section 6,
the south line of said 158.828-acre tract, and the south line of said tract described in County Clerk File Number 2016009920
to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 0.072-acres of land, more or less, and as shown on certified plat herewith.
