Citibus/City of Lubbock received $745,118 to combine with the original amount of $1,503,753 for a total of $2,248,871. $89,096 will be allocated to purchase a Hybrid -Electric Bus and will be matched using Transportation Development Credits from TxDot (MO-112964). $144,000 has been de -obligated from TX-90-X887-02 and will be re -obligated to this grant, TX-90-X963-01. These two amounts ($89,096 and $144,000) will be combined for the purchase of the Hybrid -Electric bus and will be matched with TDC's in the amount of 24,495(MO - 112964). CONTRACT 1 /3/2012 AWARDED FIRST VEHICLE 10/30/12 - This bus should be delivered in late Feb or DELIVERED 3/1/2013 early March. Gillig said that it should go online in February of 2013. ALL VEHICLES 3/15/2013 DELIVERED CONTRACT 4/1/2013 The invoices for the buses were received 4/25 and will COMPLETE be paid in May. Then the drawdown will be done.
