Said Grant is attached hereto and incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council. The shelters will be in the central part of campus located around memorial circle. This is the location where the majority of our passengers utilize our transportation system. Each shelter will be approximately 12 X 17 to 12 X 27. This line item will also include other area of improvement around the shelters to include benches and sidewalks. The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) projected timeable for acting upon the subject grant is 60 days from teh date of this application. In order to meet that timetable, the Department of Labor certification is requested no later than two weeks prior to that date. Please establish a time schedule for negotiations pursuant to 29 CFR 215.3(d). Please advise us of the 49 U.S.C. Section 5333(b) terms and conditions for inclusion in the grant contract.
