A. Sessions attached herewith, which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail. Resolution No.5029 November 16, 1995 Item #13 L THE STATE OF TEXAS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF LUBBOCK THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Home Rule Municipality in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, hereinafter called "GRANTOR," for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND N01100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to GRANTOR in hand paid by H. A. SESSIONS, hereinafter called "GRANTEE," the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby by these presents ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE and FOREVER QUITCLAIM unto the said GRANTEE," all of GRANTOR'S rights, title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit: METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION of a 1.030 acre tract of land located in Sections 14 & 17, Block E-2, Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, and being further described as follows: BEGINNING at a '/2" rod set with cap which bears S. 00'01' 10" W. a distance of 85.07 feet and N. 89059'05" E. a distance of 985.18 feet from the Northwest corner of Section 17, Block E-2, Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas; THENCE Southwesterly around a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 602.53 feet, a central angle of 18°35'36", tangent lengths of 98.63 feet, a chord bearing of S. 62031'33" W. and a chord distance of 194.67 feet to a''/2" rod with cap set at a point of tangency; THENCE Southwesterly around a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 712.53 feet, a central angle of 05°19'13", tangent lengths of 33.11 feet, a chord bearing of S. 54°44'41" W. and a chord distance of 66.14 feet to a''/z" rod set with cap; THENCE N. 87035'05" W. a distance of 185.74 feet to a'/2" rod set with cap; THENCE S. 89059'05" W. a distance of 198.11 feet to a''/z" rod found; THENCE Northeasterly around a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 592.53 feet, a central angle of 19109'24", tangent lengths of 99.99 feet, a chord bearing of N. 80°24'23" E. and a chord distance of 197.19 feet to a''/2" rod found at a point of tangency; THENCE Northeasterly around a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 552.56 feet, a central angle of 20156'42", tangent lengths of 102.14 feet, a chord bearing of N. 64*01'05" E. and a chord distance of 200.87 feet to a'/2" rod found at a point of tangency; THENCE Northeasterly around a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 712.53 feet, a central angle of 21109'43", tangent lengths of 133.10 feet, a chord bearing of N. 64°07'36" E. and a chord distance of 261.68 feet to a''/s" rod found; THENCE S. 00001' 10" W. a distance of 114.84 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same premises together with all and singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said GRANTEE, its successors and assigns forever, so that neither the GRANTOR, its successors or assigns, nor any .persons claiming under GRANTOR shall at any time hereafter have, claim or demand any right to the title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.
