Elegance Limousine has requested City Council approval to operate a 1991 model Lincoln Towne Car in its limousine business; NOW THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT D. Elegance Limousine is hereby authorized to use a 1991 Model Lincoln Towne Car, License No. BF31J, in its limousine business. It has been very difficult to reach my goal. I have a 1991 Lincoln town car tuxedo limousine that is said to unserviceable because it is more than 10 years old. This car is a very beautiful car and is in excellent condition. I do understand that there is situations where a car maybe ten or more years older that should be consider unserviceable. but this vehicle is not in that situation. Here are a few pictures and a California inspection showing that was in service a few months ago, they will also show with out a doubt that this vehicle should be in service here in Lubbock. I am not an uncaring or inconsiderate person. I value everything I do and everything that people do for me and my family, as a employee, business owner a wife and a parent. I would not ever think of serving the community in an uncaring or inconsiderate manner. I would appreciate your consideration to let me run this 1991 Lincoln limo, so I may serve the community better.
