3 - WHEREAS, the improvements upon the said portions of the City streets have been inspected and found to have been constructed according to the approved plans and specifications; NOW THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1. THAT the improvements on said portions of the City streets BE and the same are hereby accepted and the City Street Superintendent BE and he is hereby authorized to direct final payment to the Contractor in the amount of $ 10,000.00. SECTION 2.
