WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the City approved Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement on January 11, 2022 via Resolution No. 2022-R0006. Said Amendment enlarged the Engineer's scope of service to include final design and bid phase services for the Project. WHEREAS, the City now desires to again increase the scope of the work to be performed by Engineer on the Project. NOW, THEREFORE, the City and Engineer agree to the terms of this SECOND AMENDMENT: The additional scope of services to be performed by the Engineer shall include construction phase and resident project representative (RPR) services for the Project as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein. These additional services shall be performed for an amount not to exceed one hundred forty-two thousand and N0/100 ($142,000.00), as set forth in Exhibit `B" attached hereto and incorporated herein. Further, the City grants the Engineer an additional three hundred sixty-five (365) days to the term of the Agreement in order to complete the aforementioned additional services. All other 1portions of the original Agreement and previous Amendments shall remain in place and are not altered by this Amendment.
