Home My WebLink AboutResolution - 3803 - Paving Lien Release-1990 Assessment Paving Program-Certain Properties On 34Th St - 02_13_1992Resolution No. 3803 February 13, 1992 Item #15 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Partial Paving Release concerning certain paving units which were deleted from the 1990 Assessment Paving Program, and also to release certain abutting properties in which case no assessments were needed, attached herewith, which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail. THAT Unit No. A-461-07, concerning alley improvements, was deleted by the City Council in its entirety after the public hearing thereon, and is hereby released and quitclaimed in its entirety. 2. The following described property is hereby released and quitclaimed under Unit No. 2240-80 because no assessment was made against such property after the public hearing thereon because existing and prepaid paving, No. 189, 310, and 405, to -wit: ADDITION - Park Lorraine LOT - Tract C-19 ADDITION - Park Lorraine LOT - Tract C - 50 ADDITION - Park Lorraine LOT - 1 through 4 ADDITION - Park Lorraine LOT - 12 ADDITION - Park Lorraine LOT - 13 ADDITION - Park Lorraine LOT - 24 ADDITION - Park Lorraine LOT - 25 and the North 5 feet of Lot 26 ADDITION - Park Lorraine LOT - 36 ADDITION - Park Lorraine LOT - 37 ADDITION - Park Lorraine LOT - Tract E ADDITION - Park Lorraine LOT - Tract A-1 ADDITION - Camelot LOT - 3 VOI -793 rb,066 3. The following described property is hereby released and quitclaimed under Unit No. 2240-80 because no assessment was made after the public hearing thereon and because the proposed paving improvements are below the highwater mark of the lake in which such paving improvements are located or to be located, to -wit: BEGINNING at a point which bears South 87*3512711 East 2985.75 feet and North 51.35 feet from a R.R. spike found at Southwest corner of Section 44, Block A-K, Lubbock County, Texas. THENCE North 150.13 feet to a point; THENCE North 87*3610411 West 1349.99 feet to a point; THENCE South 150.15 feet to a point; THENCE South 89*2211111 East .43 feet to a point; THENCE South 87*3600411 East 1349.55 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. 4. All of the property to which this partial release is applicable as hereinabove described is located within the corporate limits of the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, and this release is only applicable to the properties hereinabove specifically described.
