Home My WebLink AboutResolution - 2257 - Clinical Service Fees For Health Department - 02_27_1986Resolution #2257 February 27, 1986 Agenda Item #6 DGV:cl Pl:cni 11TTnN WHEREAS, the City of Lubbock has been notified by the Texas Department of Health that all local health departments, including the City of Lubbock, must begin charging fees for clinical health services; and WHEREAS, all such fees must be utilized in the conduct of the program generating such fees or else deducted from the state contract; and WHEREAS, the City Health Board has recommended a fee schedule for such services to the City Council; NOW THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the schedule of fees attached hereto as Exhibit A shall be charged by the City Health Department for the named services in accordance with the rules of the Texas Department of Health and any contract between the City and the Texas Department of Health dealing with such services. Such schedule of services and fees may be modified annually upon recom- mendation of the City Health Board.
