ASSIGNMENT OF PRIVATE ACTIVITY BOND CkP
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lubbock,
Texas, (the "Unit"), on November 8, 1984, adopted a resolu-
tion entitled "Resolution Approving Bonds and Approving a
Resolution By Lubbock Industrial Development Corporation
Providing for the Issuance of $3,000,000 Lubbock Industrial
Development Corporation Industrial Development Revenue Bonds
(Central Freight Lines Inc. Project) Series 1984" (the
"Resolution");
WHEREAS, Section 5 of the Resolution authorizes the
Mayor and City Secretary of the Unit to execute and deliver
such endorsements, instruments, certificates, documents, or
papers necessary and advisable to carry out the intent and
purposes of the Resolution;
WHEREAS, it is necessary and advisable to carry out the
intent and purposes of the Resolution that this Assignment
of Private Activity Bond Cap be executed and delivered; now,
therefore:
Acting pursuant to the authority conferred by Section 5
of the Resolution, the Mayor and City Secretary of the Unit,
for and on behalf of the Unit, and the Unit, by and through
its duly authorized representatives, presently assign to the
Lubbock Industrial Development Corporation for the bonds
approved by the Resolution, the Unit's allocation (whether
in existence on the date hereof or hereafter acquired) of
the Private Activity Bond Limit with respect to such bonds.
The assignment herein made is irrevocable and is effective
on the date shown below as the date this assignment is
executed and, if not effective on such date due to any
provision of law, is effective on the first date possible
under law.
The undersigned certify under penalty of perjury and to
the best of their knowledge and belief that the assignment
made hereby and the allocation for the bonds approved by the
Resolution were not made in consideration of any bribe,
gift, gratuity, or direct or indirect political contribution
to any political campaign.
Executed this 20th day of December, 1984.

and City Secretary, sealed, and dated the date
of execution;
(2) four copies of a "Certificate of Delivery and
Notice of Assignment" to be executed in blank
by Peck or Bob Suter and left undated; and
(3) four copies of "Notification of Need for Addi-
tional Period" to be executed by Bob Suter and
dated.
Please return all executed copies to us by Federal Express
as soon as possible.

NOTICE OF MEETING
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN THAT the governing body of
LUBBOCK INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
will meet at 1:30 o'clock P.M. on the 26th day of
December , 19 84 , at its regular meeting place at
Lubbock Chamber of Commerce Building, 14th Street & Avenue K
in the City of Lubbock , Texas, for the purpose of
considering all matters incident and related to the Application for
Financial Participation of the Environmental Protection Resources, Inc.
and adoption of a Resoultion Concerning the Issuance of Bonds to
Finance a Project for Environmental Protection Resources, Inc.
It is in the urgent public necessity that the matters be considered at
an early date in order that the required improvements may be obtained
at an early date so as to further the public welface of the inhabitants
of the aforesaid govenmental unit.
