Said Letter of Award is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council. It appears that this equipment should be purchased by the City, or the bid should be a multi -year contract so that the equipment could be amortized out. Can we bid on placing the product without the equipment? Response: Bidders are invited to bid on Engine Oil and Lubricants with dispensing equipment with either a service agreement to maintain the existing equipment, which the city as an option to purchase, or with a lease agreement for new equipment. The bid will be awarded on an all- or- none basis. The bid is to set for a period of one (1) year, firm pricing for items descrihed.
