HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 882 - Approve Priority Projects - MPO - 1981-1982 Transportation Improvement Program - 08_13_1981AA.pc RESOLUTION 882 - 8/13/81 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the Lubbock Urbanized Area, in cooperation with the City of Lubbock, has prepared a Transportation Improvement Program with annual element; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lubbock approves of the priority projects listed by the Metropolitan Planning Organization; NOW THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the 1981-1982 Transportation Improvement Program with annual element; attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes, is - hereby approved by the City Council of the City of Lubbock. The TIP is in agreement with the transportation plan of the Lubbock Urban Transportation Study. This program follows the "3-C"-134.planning process outlined in United States Code 23, "Highways", and also the rules and regu- lations set forth in the.September 17, 1975, Federal Register.
