RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND/OR AVENUES
AS LISTED BELOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of
City Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Kingsgate Addition, Lots 1 thru 268
and Tract "A" made arrangements with Kerr Construction Company for the
construction of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said
subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of
the subdivision plat of Kingsgate Addition, Lots 1-268 and Tract "A"
including the following streets:
94th Street from its intersection with a line 7' West of the West
property line of the alley West of Nashville to its intersection
with the West Lip Line of Nashville Avenue known and designated as
New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 39 of Unit Number 2027.
Nashville Avenue from its intersection with a line 20.74' North of
the North property line of 95th Street to its intersection with a
line 19.00' South of South property line of 93rd Street known and
designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 40 of Unit Number 2027.
95th Street from its intersection with a line 95.00' West of the
West property line of Nashville Avenue to the East end of Cul-de-Sac
at Nashville Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit
Number 41 of Unit Number 2027.
96th Street from its intersection with a line 129.65' Westerly of the
West property line of Miami Avenue to its intersection with a line
7.0' East of the East property line of the alley East of Miami Avenue
known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 42 of
Unit Number 2027.
95th Street from itis intersection with the East Lip Line of Miami Avenue
to its intersection with the West Lip Line of Memphis Avenue known and
designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 43 of Unit Number 2027.
94th Place from its intersection with the East Lip Line of Miami
Avenue to its intersection with the West Lip Line of Memphis Avenue
known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 44 of
Unit Number 2027.
West 1/2 Memphis Avenue from its intersection with a line 7.0' South
of the South property line of the alley South of 95th Street to its
intersection with a line 15.0' South of the South property line of
93rd Street known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 45
of Unit Number 2027.
Miami Avenue from its intersection with the North Lip Line of 96th Street
to its intersection with a line 15.82' South of the South property line
of 93rd Street known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit
Number 46 of Unit Number 2027.
East 1/2 Quaker Avenue (Concrete only) from its intersection with a line
7' North of the North property line of the alley North of 87th Street to
its intersection with a line 7' South of the South property line of the
alley South of 93rd Street known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -
Unit Number 51 of Unit Number 2027.
Oxford Avenue from its intersection with a line 7' North of the NPL of
the alley North of 87th Street to its intersection with the North Lip
Line of 87th Street known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit
Number 52 of Unit Number 2027.
87th Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line of Quaker Avenue
to its intersection with a line 34.00' E. of the West property line of
Memphis Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 53
of Unit Number 2027.
Orlando Avenue from its intersection with the South Lip Line of 87th
`Street to its intersection with the North Lip'Line of 88th Street known
and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 54 of Unit Number 2027.

Orlando Avenue from its intersection with the South Lip Line of 88th
Place to its intersection with the North Lip Line of 92nd Street known
and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 58 of Unit Number 2Q27.
89th Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line of Orlando
Avenue to its intersection with the West Lip Line of Nashville Avenue",
known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 59 of Unit Number
2027.
92nd Street from its intersection with the West Lip Line of Nashville'
Avenue to the West End of Cul-de-Sac East of Quaker Avenue known and
designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 60 of Unit Number 2027.
89th Street from the West end of the Cul-de-Sac East of Quaker Avenueto
the East end of the Cul-de-Sae West of Orlando Avenue known and designated
as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 61 of Unit Number 2027.
Peoria Avenue from its intersection with the South Lip Line of 89th
Street to its intersection with the North Lip Line of 92nd Street known
and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 62 of Unit Number 2627.

93rd Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line of Quaker
Avenue to its intersection with the West Lip Line of Nashville Avenue
known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 64 of Unit

Peoria Avenue from its intersection with the South Lip Line of 93rd
Street to its intersection with a line 7' South of the South property
line of the alley South of 93rd Street known and designated as New
Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 65 of Unit Number 2027.
Orlando Avenue from its intersection with the South Lip Line of 93rd
Street to its intersection with a line 7' South of the South property
line of the alley South of 93rd Street known and designated as
New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 66 of Unit Number 2027.
93rd Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line of Nashville
Avenue to its intersection with a line 34.00' East of the West property
line of Memphis Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit
Number 67 of Unit Number 2027.
Nashville Avenue from its intersection with the South Lip Line of 87th
Street to its intersection with a line 15.00' South of the South property
line of 93rd Street known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit
Number 68 of Unit Number 2027.
Drainage Channels at Lake #89 known and designated as New Subdivision
Sub -Unit Number 69 of Unit Number 2027.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above -
mentioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer,
and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found
to have been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in
accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets
be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is
hereby authorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost
and to release escrow money.

This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
