Passed by the City Council this 12th day of FPbr„arg MAYOR BILL MCAI,ISTER -ATTEST:'` elyn Ga €g2, City Se ary-Treasurer APPROVED AS TO CONTENT: � r Tom Nivens, Right of Way Agent APPROVED AS TO FORM: J. 7rh- Fulling m, Assistant City VItorney VOL. 1725, Page 445-446 RESOLUTION #70:7 - 2/12/81 Vol. 1725, Page 445-446 QUITCLAIM DEED THE STATE.OF TEXAS 4 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF LUBBOCK 5 THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Home Rule Municipality in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND NO/100 ($1.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by Broadview Baptist Church hereinafter called "GRANTEE", the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby by these presents ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said GRANTEE, all its rights, title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit: The North -South alley in Tract "a:', North Frankford Baptist Church Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point which bears South a distance of 10.00 feet and South 89°58'30" East a distance of 390.00 feet from the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Block J-S, Lubbock County, Texas; THENCE South 89°58'30" East a distance of 30.00 feet; THENCE South a distance of 300.00 feet; THENCE North 45° East a distance of 14.14 feet; THENCE North a distance of 280.00 feet; THENCE North 45° West a distance of 14.14 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same premises together with all and singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said GRANTEE, its successors and assigns forever, so that neither the GRANTOR, City of Lubbock, its successors or assigns, nor any persons claiming under it shall at any time hereinafter, have, claim or demand any right to the title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.
