The funding sources originate from United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME), and the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). Item Summary CDSB proposed recommendations for FY 2018-19 CDBG, HOME, and ESG program funding. HUD informed the City of Lubbock that the City was eligible to receive FY 2018-19 consolidated formula allocation totaling $3,176,169. This year the City received 25 applications for CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds. Lubbock citizens participated in this year's funding process through the activities of the CDSB. In making recommendations, the CDSB kept in mind the goals of the City Council and the Consolidated Plan priorities. A schedule of the recommended funding is included as supporting documentation.
