RESOLUTION
QQ� BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Release of Lien
filed on Lot 21, Block 42, Harder Subdivision of the Roberts and McWhorter
Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, recorded in Volume
175, Page 717 of the Mechanic's Lien Records of Lubbock County, Texas, a copy
of which is attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the
Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be
a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 24th day of April ,1980.

County, Texas.
Said'lien being assigned and transferred to the CITY OF LUBBOCK, Lubbock County,
Texas, by Transfer of Lien dated July 18, 1980, filed for record August 24, 1979 and
recorded in volume 1654, page 110 of the Deed Records of Lubbock County, Texas.
This Release of Lien is being executed by the undersigned as a result of an erro-
neous legal description contained in a Builders & Mechanic's Lien Contract, and.this
Release of Lien is for the purpose of disclaiming any interest by the undersigned in
the above -described property, but the undersigned_.does not release its debt or the lien
thereon astothe correct property which is Lot 2, Block 4, F: R. Friend Addition to
the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas.
for and in consideration of the full and final payment of all indebtedness secured by the aforesaid lien or liens,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has released and discharged, and by these presents hereby releases
and discharges, the above described property from all liens held by the undersigned securing said indebtedness,
