RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute
for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a Termination of Lease, by and between the City of
Lubbock and Roy Neal Insurance Agency in connection with certain real property located at the
Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport originally leased on August 23, 2018 (Resolution
No. 2018-R0268), and related documents. Said termination is attached hereto and incorporated
in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City
Council.

Consideration:
1. Lessor and Lessee ratify the Lease.
2. Lessor acknowledges receiving from Lessee the following consideration.
a. NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR and 70/100 DOLLARS
($9324.70) in back rent due and owing; and
b. TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt
and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged.
3. The Lease is terminated as of the Effective Termination Date and Lessee agrees to
surrender the Premises by that date in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
