HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2022-R0472 - Termination of Lease Agreement with Roy Neal Insurance - AirportResolution No. 2022-RO472 Item No. 7.22 November 16, 2022 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a Termination of Lease, by and between the City of Lubbock and Roy Neal Insurance Agency in connection with certain real property located at the Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport originally leased on August 23, 2018 (Resolution No. 2018-R0268), and related documents. Said termination is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council.
