HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2022-R0447 - Dedication Deed in Section 6, Block E with Amarillo Diamond, LLCResolution No. 2022-R0447 Item No. 5.3 November 1, 2022 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to accept for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Dedication Deed in connection with certain real property located in Section 6, Block E, Lubbock County, Texas, to be utilized for street, curb, gutter, sidewalk, drainage right-of-way, public utilities and other public purposes, and all related documents. Said Dedication Deed is attached hereto and incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the Council.
