Said amendment is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council. TOM MARTIN, MAYOR Bill Howe -on, Jr., Commue`velopment Director r_ APPROVED AS TO F Amy S s, As ' tan ttorne gs/ccdocs-CEAP res -amend Life Run Independent LivingCenters.10 06.28.10 STATE OF TEXAS CONTRACTOR OF LUBBOCK Resolution No. 2010-RO323 AMENDMENT TO COMPREHENSIVE ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (CEAP) AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LUBBOCK AND LIFE RUN INDEPENDENT LIVING CENTERS This amendment to Agreement is entered into this 22nd day of July, 2010 between the City of Lubbock, a Texas municipal corporation (hereinafter called "the City") and Life Run Independent Living Centers, a non-profit organization (hereinafter called "Contractor"). WHEREAS, the Contractor and the City have previously entered into an Agreement dated March 4, 2010 (hereinafter called "the Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the City and the Contractor hereby desire to amend said agreement. NOW THEREFORE, the City and the Contractor hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: ] ) Paragraph II. B. 1. Of the Agreement is hereby amended as follows: City agrees to provide Contractor assistance from Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) funds in an additional amount not to exceed $96,381 in CEAP funds in addition to the $220,000 in CEAP funds and $6,000 in Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funds previously granted in the agreement and in return for Contractor performing the activities set forth in this Contract as consideration for said funds. 2) This amendment to the Agreement shall be effective upon execution. The Remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and affect except as changed herein. Executed the 22nd of July , 2010 as first written as affected as provided herein.
