Said Change Order is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council. Where certain unit prices are contained in the initial contract, no deviations are allowed in computing negotiated change order costs. Certain features may not be easily identifiable by type; for example overhead capacitors and overhead switches appear very similar. Under the contract scope of work, water bodies (lakes, ponds) are to be digitized at the visible water level from the intensity images to support the LiDAR processing. These features will be processed as polygons and included in the planimetric feature deliverable databases. Sanborn will update the data models to include the above features.
