HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2010-R0289 - Street Dedication Deed In Connection W/Land In SW Quarter Of Section 20 - 06/24/2010Resolution No. 2010-RO289 June 24, 2010 Item No. 5.10 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a Street Dedication Deed in connection with an 8.499 acre tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Block AK, Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, and related documents. Said Street Dedication Deed is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council.
