This Amendment has been based on the following: 1. Manual Data Collection for signs and traffic signals with GPS Coordinates and photo of each asset utilizing a Topcon GPS Mapping Receiver. 2. Retro reflectivity testing of all signs and that signal inventory will meet the federal/state guidelines including development of a reporting system that determines annual cost for replacement. Work Plan Following is an overview of the work scope: 1. Meetings with City Public Works and IT staff to finalize details and provide status updates. 2. Data Base Preparation. Prepare Inventory based on City provided GIS information. This will result in a block by block representation of the City's street network in the IMMP database which forms the basis for further data storage within the system. 3. Signs and Traffic Signals tasks include locating the asset and marking the GPS coordinates with a mapping receiver that will link to the City provided GIS maps. Survey Data will be collected on a block by block basis with QA/QC of the data collected. 4. An inventory of Pavement Markings will be collected during the Signs and Signals collection process. Pavement Markings will be located relative to the street segment on which they are sited. 5. Documentation, Delivery, Training, and Post Delivery Consultation. Prepare documentation for software and survey methods. Deliver software to City and assist with installation and integration with GIS. Train city staff in use of software and rating methods. Deliverables An Asset Management System Module specific to the Traffic Department will be prepared and delivered.
