The loss of these circuits not only affected the areas under construction that these circuits were to be reused in but also the areas shown to have no construction. It will require the installation of approximately 3001f of additional conduit and approximately 2,100 If of #12 THHN copper wire to reinstall these circuits from a different location. Additionally, we have found that the existing electrical system installed has no grounding conductor and is grounded by conduit only, we will have to remove and reinstall approximately 6,000 If of #12 THHN copper to make this a grounded system that will be needed for GFCI receptacle functions. The ceilings will need to be removed in the areas shown to have no work to allow access and will require new light fixtures. (I have 12 included in price. 6 for each room). Note that there is over 14K sq ft of this material. Second to this issue, I have learned that the material selection W2 is not available in polished finish from the manufacturer. I have attached the product spec and noted where 4 x 24 size is shown to not be available polished.
