RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the City Council of the City of Lubbock hereby authorizes and directs the
Mayor of the City of Lubbock to execute an Amendment to the Contract by and between
the City of Lubbock and Lee Lewis Construction, Inc., of Lubbock, Texas, for
construction manager services for Phase I, Youth Sports Facility (ITB #07-700- BM),
which Amendment and any associated documents, are attached hereto and made a part of
this Resolution for all intents and purposes.

Pursuant to Section 2.2 of the Agreement, dated January 12, 2007 between City Of
