Said Supplemental Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council. Yeputy City Attorney vw:ccdocs/RES.Supplemental Agrmt #1 -City of Dallas February 4, 2015 Resolution No. 2015-RO108 STATE OF TEXAS § SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 TO THE § INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF § DALLAS AND CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS COUNTY OF DALLAS § THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 to that certain INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF DALLAS AND LUBBOCK POLICE DEPARTMENT executed by the City Manager under the authority of Resolution No. 14-0299 ( City of Lubbock Resolution No. 2014-RO125 effective April 10, 2014 ), adopted by the City Council on February 12, 2014, ("the Contract'), by and between the CITY OF DALLAS, TEXAS, a Texas municipal corporation, hereinafter called "CITY", and CITY OF LUBBOCK THROUGH THE LUBBOCK POLICE DEPARTMENT, a Texas municipal corporation, hereinafter called "LUBBOCK POLICE DEPARTMENT", evidences the following: 1. The term of the Contract is revised as follows: Extended from June 30, 2014 to June 30, 2015. If additional funds become available in the future, the Contract term may be extended further by CITY giving LUBBOCK POLICE DEPARTMENT written notice of the new term. 2. The Contract payment provisions are revised as follows: New Contract Amount is $ 43,000. The Contract amount may increase further if, in the future, additional funds become available to grant to LUBBOCK POLICE DEPARTMENT. If additional funds are available in the future to grant to LUBBOCK POLICE DEPARTMENT, CITY will give written notice and LUBBOCK POLICE DEPARTMENT may accept or reject the additional funds by giving written notice of its intent to CITY. 3. All other terms, provisions, conditions, and obligations of the Contract between the CITY and LUBBOCK POLICE DEPARTMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and said Contract, as same may have been previously amended, and this Supplemental Agreement No. 1 shall be construed together as a single contractual agreement. EXECUTED this the 9th day of April 2015, by CITY, signing by and through its City Manager, duly authorized to execute same by Resolution No. 14-1909, approved on November 12, 2014, and by LUBBOCK POLICE DEPARTMENT, acting through its duly authorized official.
