RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lubbock, pursuant to that certain
Resolution No. 2006-RO614 (the "Original Resolution"), dated December 19, 2006,
authorized and approved the equipment and property to be purchased as part of the City
of Lubbock's Master Lease Program budgeted for the FY 2006-07 Operating Budget, as
described therein;
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2007-R0001 (the "First Amended Resolution),
dated January 12, 2007, the City of Lubbock amended the property to be purchased under
the Master Lease Program, as set forth in the Original Resolution, by adding property and
equipment, as described therein;
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Council of the City of
Lubbock that, in addition to the property described in the Original Resolution and the
First Amended Resolution, additional property and equipment than that described in the
Original Resolution and the First Amended Resolution, is now in need of being purchased
as part of the City of Lubbock's Master Lease Program for the FY 2006-07 Operating
Budget; NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the equipment and property described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
made a part hereof for all purposes and intents, shall be added to the property and
equipment to be purchased as part of the Master Lease Program budgeted for the FY
2006-07 Operating Budget, and the Original Resolution, as amended by the First
Amended Resolution, shall be amended to reflect such addition.
Except as otherwise amended herein, the Original Resolution, as amended by the
First Amended Resolution, shall remain valid and effective as originally provided.
