THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Letter Agreement and any associated documents with Jarvis Metals Recycling, Inc., of Lubbock, Texas, for the sale of scrap metal annual pricing (ITB 06-076-RW), which Letter Agreement and any associated documents are attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof for all intents and purposes.
