HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2013-R0145 - Public Hearing For Amendment #2 To Urban Renewal Plan Area 23 - 05_01_2013resolution NO. 2013-RO145 ay 1, 2013 tem No. 5.22 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK THAT the City Council of the City of Lubbock does hereby authorize the date and time to hold a public hearing for proposed Amendment #2 to Urban Renewal Plan Area 23 to revise all properties currently designated residential, multi -family and commercial properties to Commercial/Interstate Highway Commercial (IHC) Urban Renewal Land Use as indicated and described on the attached legal description and map and made a part hereof. The time & date for the Public Hearing is at 6: 30 p.m. on June 13, 2013. Passed by the City Council this 1st day of May , 2013. C.
