RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock an Amendment to Lease
Agreement GS-07B-15338 with GSA at Lubbock International Airport. Said
Amendment is attached hereto and incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth
herein and shall be included in the minutes of the Council.

SUPPLEMENTAL LEASE AGREEMENT
GS-07B-15338
ADDRESS OF PREMISES: 5401 N. Martin Luther King Boulevard, Lubbock, TX 79403
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this date by and between City of Lubbock
whose address is P.O. Box 2000, Lubbock, TX 79457
hereinafter called the Lessor, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter called the
Government:
NOW THEREFORE, these parties for the consideration hereinafter mentioned covenant and agree
that the said Lease is amended, effective April 1, 2004, as follows:
The purpose of this Supplemental Lease Agreement is to add an additional 1,278 usf (1,470 rsf), of
space to the lease, and revise the rental rate to $15.66 pusf ($13.61739 rsf). The GSA Form 3626, is
revised to read as follows%
"Part 11, Section A, 6.c., entitled Rentable SR, is revised to read, "2,031" Rentable sf'.
Part 11, Section B, entitled Term, is amended as follows: To Have and To Hold, for the term
beginning
on April 1, 2003, and continuing through March 31, 2007, inclusive. The lease may be terminated by
the lessor, with 30 days written notice, in the event a new airline enters the Lubbock International
Airport market and requires this space. No rental shall accrue after the effective date of termination.
Said notice shall be computed commencing with the day after the date of mailing.
Section 7 a, entitled "Amount of Annual Rental", is revised to read as follows: " $27,655.56"
Section 8 a, entitled "Amount of Monthly Rental," is revised to read as follows: "$ 2,304.63"
The parties further agree that the Base Year Service Costs, on Attachment 3, is increased to $4,0. X.
and, the attached floorplan identified as Attachment 5, is incorporated into this lease for all purpQ$::"•.-;
All other terms and con ons of the lease shall remain in force and effect.
