Said Amendment #2 is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council. BACKGROUND The State and the Subrecipient executed a Regionally Coordinated Transportation Planning Project Grant Agreement (#510XX7005) for State Project # 1005(51) on January 1, 2010, concerning establishing and maintaining a public and mass transportation project. The State and the Subrecipient executed an amended Agreement on March 23, 2010. AGREEMENT The State and the Subrecipient agree that the Agreement is further amended as follows: I. Article 1, Grant Time Period, is amended to extend the termination date of this agreement from August 30, 2010 to December 31, 2010. All other provisions of the above numbered Project Grant Agreement not hereby amended remain in full force and effect.
