RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Chief Financial Officer of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized
and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, Amendment #2 for
Regionally Coordinated Transportation Planning Project Grant Agreement
(#510XX7005) for State Project # 1005(51), by and between the City of Lubbock and the
Texas Department of Transportation, and related documents. Said Amendment #2 is
attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be
included in the minutes of the City Council.

PROJECT GRANT AGREEMENT
AMENDMENT # 2
THIS AMENDMENT to a project grant agreement is made by and between the State of Texas acting
through the Texas Department of Transportation (the "State") and City of Lubbock/Citibus (the
"Subrecipient"), and becomes effective when fully executed by both parties.
BACKGROUND
The State and the Subrecipient executed a Regionally Coordinated Transportation Planning Project
Grant Agreement (#510XX7005) for State Project # 1005(51) on January 1, 2010, concerning
establishing and maintaining a public and mass transportation project. The State and the Subrecipient
executed an amended Agreement on March 23, 2010.
AGREEMENT
The State and the Subrecipient agree that the Agreement is further amended as follows:
I. Article 1, Grant Time Period, is amended to extend the termination date of this agreement from
August 30, 2010 to December 31, 2010.
All other provisions of the above numbered Project Grant Agreement not hereby amended remain in
full force and effect.
